Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives is nestled within The Atollia by Centara Hotels & Resorts, in the idyllic North Malé Atoll on the tranquil island of Kodhipparu Falhu – a tropical haven surrounded by crystal-clear waters, powder-white sands and vibrant marine life. The resort is located approximately 40 minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport (MLE), with transfers included as part of your package (see Fine Print for details).

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date, however the following fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to your original payment or credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights (outside of your Melbourne to Malé return flight) booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges. Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Standard packages include daily buffet breakfast at The Gallery and nightly three-course dinners at your choice of The Gallery, Bluefin or The Club, accompanied by two selected alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks per adult. Your stay also includes return luxury speedboat transfers from Malé, a welcome ‘champagne experience’ at Sunset Social, a one-time sunset dolphin cruise or fishing trip and unlimited use of non-motorised water sports like kayaks and paddleboards.
• Return speedboat transfers from Velana International Airport (MLE) take approximately 40 minutes and operate 24 hours on a shared basis. Meet at the Centara airport counter located at Counter A14, arrivals zone, Velana International Airport (MLE).
• Transfers are not included for any extra guests, nor the included child who stays and eats free.
• Enjoy complimentary snorkelling gear for the duration of your stay, along with access to non-motorised water sports (excluding catamaran and glass kayak), including kayak, pedalo, stand-up paddleboard and windsurf board (for experienced guests only).
• Guests whose villa is not available for early check-in will be provided with a day room until their villa is available.

All-Inclusive Upgrade (select packages only)

• Your all-Inclusive includes daily three-course lunches across all three restaurants, unlimited free-flow drinks and a minibar stocked daily with snacks, soft drinks and beer. Enjoy afternoon tea and nightly tapas at The Club, plus all the inclusions of the standard package for the ultimate worry-free escape.
• The Club is open daily from 8am to 10pm.
