7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Green Tax: Please note a US$12 Green Tax per person (2+), per day applies and is not included in your package. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$400 per adult (12+) and US$200 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Grand All-Inclusive Resort and Spa Meal Plan

• Daily buffet breakfast at Reef.
• Daily lunch at Reef (buffet), Suan Bua (three-course set-menu) or Azzuri Mare (three-course set-menu)
• Nightly dinner at Reef (buffet), Suan Bua (three-course set menu) or Azzuri Mare (three-course set menu).
• Daily afternoon tea at Coral Bar.
• The Grand All-Inclusive drinks menu is available at the above restaurants, plus Aqua Bar and Coral Bar.
• Guests staying seven or more nights will receive club access.
• Guests staying 10 or more nights will receive a sunset cruise.

Dining Times:

• Alcohol is served between the hours of 11am and 11pm.
• Breakfast is served at Reef between 7am and 10am.
• At all restaurants, lunch is served between 12pm and 2.30pm.
• At all restaurants, dinner is served between 7pm and 10pm. Teppanyaki at Reef is served during two sittings: 7pm and 8.30pm.

The Club

Guests that have upgraded to the Club Sunset Overwater Pool Villa will receive access to The Club, plus the following benefits:

• Access to The Club pool
• Priority spa and restaurant reservation privileges
• Premium dining venue for breakfast, afternoon tea and early evening aperitif
• Club lounge check-in and checkout

Roundtrip Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Please provide your international flight details to reservations at least 7 days before arrival to confirm transfers.
• To arrange seaplane transfers, your international flight must arrive in the Maldives between 6am and 3.30pm.
• Luxury Escapes recommends that guests arriving outside these hours book one-night of pre-accommodation in Malé.
• There is no transfer fee for children two and under (lap seat only).
• Upon arrival, after customs, an airport representative will meet guests, holding signage with the name and logo of the resort. Guests will be escorted to the nearby terminal to collect their boarding cards and check-in luggage.
• On the day of departure, the Machchafushi Island Resort & Spa Maldives, The Centara Collection team escorts guests to their seaplane and back to Velana International Airport, Malé.
• Baggage limit 20kg per person.

Grand All-Inclusive Upgrade Fine Print (select packages only)

• Daily buffet breakfast at Reef.
• Daily lunch at Reef (buffet), Suan Bua (three-course set-menu) or Mare Azurro (three-course set-menu)
• Nightly dinner at Reef (buffet), Suan Bua (three-course set menu) or Mare Azurro (three-course set menu).
• Afternoon tea with a selection of pastries, sandwiches, and cakes available at Coral Bar.

• The daily replenished minibar service including a selection of snacks, soft drinks and mixers, mineral water, chocolates, and beers is stocked once per day. Additional stock will incur a charge.
• 24-hour services including, house drinks and a selection from the In-Villa menu from 11pm until 6am.
• US$50 Spa Cenvaree spa credit per adult per stay is included. Credit is non-transferable and not applicable on in-house promotions, salon, and retail items in the spa. Advance booking is required.
• Whale shark snorkelling experience (select packages only) is a half-day boat trip and must be booked in advance.
• Included spa treatment (select packages only) is a 60-minute treatment from the standard spa menu, per adult. Can be redeemed as a couples treatment or separately. Advance booking is required.
• Floating breakfast (select packages only) is served in-villa on a selected day during your stay. Advance booking is required.

Dining Times:

• Alcohol, refreshments and snacks are served between 11am and 11pm.
• Breakfast is served at Reef between 7am and 10am.
• At all restaurants, lunch is served between 12pm and 2pm.
