Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is located on the shores of Karon Beach. It’s just a 15-minute walk along the beach to the lively Karon Village and a 15-minute drive to the bustling shopping and dining hub of Patong. Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB11,000 per adult (12+) and THB5,500 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala dinner. This is payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at The Cove from 6am–10.30am.
• Lunch is served at COAST Beach Club & Bistro from 12pm–5pm.
• Dinner is served at COAST Beach Club & Bistro from 6pm–10pm or The Cove from 6.30pm–10pm.
• Daily one-hour free-flow drinks are served at the COAST Beach Club & Bistro from 5pm–6pm. Drinks include house cocktails, spirits, beer and soft drinks. Free-flow drinks do not include drinks from the minibar or room service.
• Bookings at SPA Cenvaree are essential for the 30-minute massage from 9am–9pm.
• The included food discount must be used during your stay. Any unused discount will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Discount can be redeemed at COAST Beach Club & Bistro or The Cove. This discount cannot be used towards or combined with any other discounted promotion or special price menu.
• Not all menu items in the restaurant are included. Please note that some items may incur additional costs.
• Spa discount can be used on any treatment. This discount cannot be combined with any discounted promotion and or special price menu.
• Guests will have access to a range of family games, including aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, kayaking, dance school and more.
• Deluxe interconnected rooms are only connected via the balcony.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Catamaran Sunset Cruise Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Thai buffet dinner
• Drinking water, soft drinks and seasonal fruit
• Life jacket and insurance
• Exclusions: Additional drinks after free-flow period (if applicable)
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Shared return transfers are included for most Phuket locations, excluding Mai Khao, Naiyang, Naithon and Ao Por. Please advise of hotel location at time of booking
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor
• A minimum of 17 guests is required for the charter to operate. If the minimum is not met, your booking may be rescheduled to the next available departure date
