- Daily one-hour free-flow drinks are available at La Aranya Restaurant from 3pm–11pm. Guests may choose when to use their one-hour allocation. Drinks include soft drinks, local beer and selected basic cocktails.
- One floating breakfast per villa is available from 7am–11am. Advance reservation is required.
- Included massages are per person and available at Spa La Casa. Advance booking is required.
- A welcome herbal juice is provided on arrival, once per stay.
- Daily turndown service is provided.
- Shuttle transfers to La Vita Sana Khao Lak are available according to the resort schedule.
- 2pm check-in is available until 30 April 2027. From 1 May 2027, check-in time will be 3pm.

Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB8,000 per adult (13+) and THB3,700 per child (3–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.
Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer from Phuket International Airport (HKT), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
