Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily provide a full refund on cancellation of your escape (so long as you don’t have a confirmed booking/stay in the next 14 days).

**Check Availability: **To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

**Buy Now Book Later: **If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

**Can I change my check-in date post-purchase?: **Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Packages are valid for two adults.

**POOL VILLA - Maximum Room Capacity: **The maximum room capacity is four people. See below for surcharges.

CORAL VILLA & SPA VILLA - Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is six people. See below for surcharges.

**Extra Guest Policy: **Extra adults (aged 12 and over) may stay for a surcharge of RM1226.40 per person, per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with daily breakfast, nightly dinner and return speedboat transfers included. Payable directly to the resort.

**Child Policy: **Extra children (aged 11 and under) may stay for a surcharge of RM613.20 per person, per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with daily breakfast, nightly dinner from a children’s menu and return speedboat transfers included. Payable directly to the resort.

**Infant Policy: **Infants (aged 5 and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided on request (subject to availability).

Connecting villas are not available.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Return speedboat transfers operate between 10:30am-3pm. Arrivals/departures outside these hours will be charges at RM273 per way or RM525 for a round trip, payable directly to the resort.

Wi-Fi is free for the first 500mb.

Tourism tax is included in your package.

Wine and champagne in the minibar is not included in the package and will not be restocked.
