Due to its secluded location in one of the last true wilderness areas on earth, access to Berkeley River Lodge is via plane transfer only. Your package includes convenient roundtrip air transfers from Darwin International Airport (DRW) or East Kimberley Regional Airport (KNX). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

- Daily dining includes daily breakfast, a daily gourmet lunch hamper to take your daily activities or lunch served in the main lodge, and nightly five-course degustation dinner at the onsite Dunes restaurant.
- The drinks package includes a select range of soft drinks, tea, coffee, juices, beer, wines and spirits provided with meals and on some activities. A reserve wine list, top-shelf spirits and cocktails are available at an additional cost, which will be charged to your room for payment at the conclusion of your stay.

- Daily activities include boat cruises, guided hikes and 4WD tours. All daily activities are optional. Resort staff will endeavour to coordinate activities and excursions based on guests’ preferences and fitness levels, where possible. Please note, helicopter tours are not included in the daily activities and are available at an additional cost.
- There is no minibar available in the villas. Drinks can be ordered via room service.
- Mobile phone reception is limited or unavailable at Berkeley River Lodge. Satellite telephone calls can be arranged through reception (surcharges apply).
- No refunds can be given in the event of non-arrival or unused nights due to flight/weather disruptions.
