Can I change my check-in date post-purchase: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Packages are valid for two adults.

Bedding configuration is one king-sized bed with one sofa bed for a surcharge.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$100 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Two children (aged from five to 11 years) may stay for a surcharge of US$13 per child, per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort. Updated 26.06.18 1:30pm AEDT: Please note a sofa bed is provided for a child.

Baby Policy: One infant aged four years and under may stay free of charge on a sofa bed and will count towards the maximum room capacity. Alternatively a cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge (subject to availability) and will not count towards the maximum room capacity.

Connecting Ocean View Suites are available (subject to availability).

Please give the resort 48 hours’ notice for your one-way airport transfer from/to Bali Denpasar Airport so it can be arranged accordingly. Can be used for pickup on arrival or departure.

Massage should be booked upon check-in.
