AYANA Resort Bali is located on the cliffs overlooking Jimbaran Bay and the private, white-sand Kubu Beach. Nearby sights include the famous Uluwatu Temple, while some of Bali’s best surf breaks are easily accessible at the surrounding beaches.

The hotel is located approximately a 35-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages only, please see the Fine Print for details.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are strictly not permitted.
• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Padi Restaurant, To’ge and Karang Restaurant from 6.30am–10.30am.
• RIMBA Jungle Adventure playground is complimentary but charges may apply if children join kids’ playground activities. Opening hours are 9am–6pm. Accessible to all children up to 14 years of age. Children under four must be accompanied by an adult.
• Daily set-menu lunch or dinner is available at Sami-Sami, Damar, To’ge, UNIQUE, Rock Bar, Padi, Honzen, Liu Li Palace, Karang, Scusa, and DAVA.
• Lunch is served from 11am and dinner is served from 6pm.
• The included cocktail can be redeemed between 4pm–11pm at Rock Bar, UNIQUE Rooftop Bar, Kubu Beach Club or Luna Rooftop Bar.
• One-hour aquatonic pool access includes a series of therapies with 16 therapy points guided by professional staff, plus locker and towel facilities. Opening hours are from 10am–7pm.
• Kubu Beach Club entry is unlimited, however, swimming may be restricted depending on the weather.
• Priority Rock Bar access entitles AYANA guests to an upgraded seat allocation with a better view. Guests should still book in advance.
• Massages are provided at the tram- and shuttle-accessible AYANA Spa from 10am–8pm. Massages must be booked in advance.
• Kuba Beach Club is open from 10am–6pm.
• Restaurants, bars and pools may be closed at management’s discretion.
• AYANA Putting Golf operates from 7am–6pm. Guests can register at AYANA Spa to make use of complimentary access.
• Aquatonic Pool access (select packages only) includes a series of therapies with 16 therapy points guided by professional staff, along with locker and towel facilities. Open from 10am–7pm.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Access to Luxury Escapes departure lounge, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine
• Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• CANNA Bali is located in Nusa Dua.

• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person. Luxury transfers will be in a premium vehicle (Toyota Alphard or similar).
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Six-Hour Private Car Chauffeured Vehicle Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Return airport transfer between Ngurah Rai International Airport and The Apurva Kempinski Bali (accommodates up to three passengers with luggage), and a six-hour private car charter with professional driver in a Toyota Innova or similar.
• After booking, ICS Travel Group will be in touch to confirm pick-up and drop-off times. Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time.
• Valid for six hours of hire as selected at the time of purchase — please make your selection carefully.
• Exclusions: Food, drinks, guide, parking fees and optional gratuities for your driver.
• Parking fees may apply.
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s).
• Rate valid for up to five passengers (note: a passenger is considered as one adult, child or infant).
• Infant & child booster seats: Infant or child seats are available on request for a fee. Surcharge from IDR35,000 per seat applies.
