Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

AYANA Resort Bali: Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

AYANA Resort Bali is approximately a 70-minute domestic flight from AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach. Transfers or flights between properties are not included in your package and must be arranged separately. We can assist with all your flight requirements (subject to availability). AYANA Resort Bali: Valid for travel until 31 October 2024 (bookings must be made before 31 August 2024).

AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach: Valid for travel from 15 December 2023 until 31 October 2024 (bookings must be made before 31 August 2024).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 11 March 2024, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resorts are unavailable.

AYANA Resort Bali

• Kids’ Club is complimentary but charges may apply if children join kids’ club activities.
• Daily breakfast is available at Padi, To’Ge or Karang.
• Daily two-course lunch or dinner is available from a set menu at Sami Sami, Damar Terrace, To’Ge, Unique Roof Top Bar and Restaurant, Rock Bar, HonZEN, Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant, Padi, Karang, Scusa or DAVA Steak & Seafood.
• The included daily cocktail can be redeemed between 4pm and 11pm at Rock Bar, Unique Roof Top Bar, Kubu Beach Club or Luna Rooftop Bar.
• Prior to each massage, guests are required to meet with the spa therapist for a consultation.
• Kubu Beach Club entry is unlimited, however, swimming may be restricted depending on the weather.
• Putting golf is unlimited and free of charge, however, a putting partner will incur a surcharge.
• Priority Rock Bar access entitles AYANA guests to an upgraded seat allocation with a better view. If the bar is booked out, only AYANA in-house guests will be permitted to enter the bar.
• Restaurants, bars and pools may be closed at management’s discretion.

AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• From 26 November to 14 December 2023, the resort will be undertaking a grouting project for the swimming pools. This project is planned with minimal disruption in mind, and thus the resort will be carrying out separate maintenance on the upper and lower pools, ensuring that one pool remains open at all times.
• Breakfast is served at RINCA from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Guests can choose a daily two-course lunch or dinner from the set menu, if they wish to choose from another menu they must pay directly.
• Lunch is served at RINCA for all-day dining and HonZen from 12pm.
• Dinner is served at RINCA for all-day dining, KISIK from 5pm and HonZen from 6pm.
• The sunset cocktail can be served at Mesa Bar from 10am to 7pm, Naga Bar from 9am to 8pm, or Unique Bar from 5pm to 12am. Guests can choose from a selection of cocktails, mocktails beers, soft drinks or juices.
• Guests must pre-book their yoga class.
• The full-day island-hopping charter will depart from the Naga Pier at 7am and include a hike at Padar Island, snorkelling at Pink Beach and a Komodo National Park guided walk (subject to weather conditions). Additional admission fee of IDR 355,000 per person applies (this price is subject to change based on local regulation). Advance reservation is required.
