7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date, however the following fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to your original payment or credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights (outside of your Melbourne to Malé return flight) booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges. • Dinner is available as a buffet at Ocean Terrace, three courses at The Skipjack Bar or three tapas per person at Smuggler’s Shack.
• A reservation is required for lunch and dinner at Skipjack Bar.
• Free-flow drinks are available at all onsite dining venues and bars (select packages only). Drinks include unlimited soft drinks, cocktails, mocktails, selected fresh juices and smoothies, house red, white, rose, sparkling wines by the glass, draught beers and standard spirits.
• Reservations are required for Charcoal and Petit Bistro.
• Petit Bistro is available for children aged 11 and under only.
• Minibar inclusions (select packages only): All drinks (excluding wine) and snacks. Refilled daily.
• Included resort activities include yoga, blissful breathing, sound healing, fitness classes, tennis and badminton, per resort schedule.
• Guests with all-inclusive upgrades (select packages) also receive 10 per cent savings on spa treatments at Avani Spa.
• Kayaks must be booked in advance via the watersports team or at the front desk.
• Roundtrip domestic flights and speedboat transfers: Your roundtrip transfers include an approximate 30-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport (MLE) and a 30-minute speedboat transfer to the resort. Transfers are available 24 hours. Guests must provide flight details to Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort directly a minimum 7 days prior to arrival. For infants, a lap seat will be provided. Baggage limits of 25kg checked luggage and 7kg carry-on per person apply.
