7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Book with 100% Confidence: Right up until 14 days before check-in you can either convert your booking into a ‘Buy now, choose dates later’ package or cancel your booking with 100% credit towards future travel. If you opt to cancel your booking, a credit will be issued provided the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before check-in. After that time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please note that the Book with 100% Confidence policy does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Return Airport Transfers for Upgraded Packages:

The Deluxe Upgrade and Suite Upgrade packages include return transfers from Dubai International Airport. See Fine Print below:

• Arabian adventures will be in touch within two business days to book your date and time.
• Rates are per car. The rates are inclusive of 5% VAT.
• The 3-seater car will be a Lexus E350, Toyota Innova, Audi 6 or similar vehicle and can accommodate two large and two small suitcases.
• The 4-seater car will be a Toyota Previa, Hyundai H1 or similar and can accommodate three large and two small suitcases.
• The 5-seater transfer is a Mercedes Viano or similar and can accommodate five large and four small suitcases.
• Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost.
• As per UAE law, children six years and below must use a child/infant seat for all transfers within the UAE. The child seats must be requested along with the transfers request. Children’s seats will be provided free of charge.
