- The kids menu is available for children aged 12 years and under. Children aged 13–15 may be offered an adult menu if the kids menu portion is insufficient, at the hotel’s discretion. This will be handled internally by the hotel.
- One daily cocktail per adult may be redeemed from a select menu at La Casa Mexican Sunset Bar from 12pm–10pm. Any unused cocktails will be forfeited and cannot be accumulated or carried over.
- One daily 60-minute massage per package may be redeemed at Hideaway Spa. Booking is required at least one day in advance. Any unused massages will be forfeited and cannot be accumulated or carried over.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer from Denpasar Airport (DPS), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
