7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 30 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet and a la carte breakfast is served at Kirana restaurant from 7am to 10am.
• Daily two-course lunch or dinner is served at Kirana restaurant.
• Nightly cocktails are served at Lobby Bar or Sulang Bar. Non-alcoholic mocktails, juices and teas are also available.
• The one-time complimentary minibar includes Anantara healthy snacks, sparkling water, beer, sodas and a range of other beverages.
• Included massages take place at Anatara Spa. These are Anantara Signature massages. Advance reservation is required.
• The complimentary shuttle to Ubud centre departs Anantara Ubud Lobby at 10am, 12pm, 3pm and 6pm. It departs Puri Lukisan Museum at 1.30pm, 4.30pm and 7.30pm. Advance reservation is required.
• The resort offers daily activities from Monday to Sunday, including yoga, craft making, jogging, meditation, games and more. Please consult the full schedule upon arrival.
• Kids’ and teens’ club is open daily from 10am to 6pm.
• Resort Credit (select packages only): The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The resort credit can be used at Kirana Restaurant, Amerta Restaurant, Lobby Bar, or Sulang Bar and Anantara Spa. (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.

One-Way Private Airport Arrival Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way private airport arrival transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
