7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Deluxe Transfer Upgrade

• Infant seat can be booked for US$3 per seat, each way, or you may bring your own to be fitted in the car.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After then the transfer will be considered cancelled.

VIP Roundtrip Transfers with Fast Track Upgrade

• Includes roundtrip transfers with an English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll fee and 330ml water bottle per person.
• Infant seat can be booked for US$3 per seat, each way, or you may bring your own to be fitted in the car.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After then the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• Includes access to the airport lounge with drinks and food provided.
• You will be met by dedicated staff on departure, escorted through security checkpoints and assisted with the check-in process and immigration, then guided to the boarding gate or wherever you choose.
• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com
• Documents required for booking: passport, international vaccine certificate, flight details. US$35 per person is required for visa on arrival.
