13th Beach Golf Lodges enjoys a stunning location along the Bellarine Peninsula, just a 10-minute drive to Thirteenth Beach and Ocean Grove’s town centre. The hotel is located approximately a 50-minute drive from Melbourne Avalon Airport (AVV) or a 90-minute drive from Melbourne CBD. Airport transfers are not included in your package; please plan accordingly.

  • One complimentary round of golf per person (select packages) must be used during your stay on any day of the stay. Tee times in upgraded packages need to be booked prior to arrival to guarantee availability. The round can be rescheduled if play is cancelled due to bad weather. Club hire is an additional cost.
  • Daily a la carte breakfast is served at the clubhouse restaurant from 7.30am–10.30am.
  • Each person will receive one credit per day to redeem for a glass of house wine, beer or soft drink at the clubhouse bar. The drink credit is non-cumulative and must be used daily during the stay.
  • A$50 dining credit per package (select packages) is non-cumulative can be used at the clubhouse restaurant. Any unused credit will be forfeited and will not be transferable or redeemable for cash.
Cancellation policy

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
