At this Hammana Spa in tranquil Ubud, your experience begins not on the table but with a Wariga reading, a personalised assessment drawn from the Balinese calendar that reveals your birth element and guides the ritual to come. Your therapist uses this reading to craft a signature scent uniquely attuned to your energy, before a foot ritual with warm milk eases you into a state of stillness. From there, you choose your treatment: a full-body massage, couples massage or a hot stone session, carried out with the unhurried care that defines the Balinese approach to wellness.
