Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before resevation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation date and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. The Windsor abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Maximum sitting time per booking is two hours
