With the Barossa Valley as the backdrop, this dining experience is a chef-curated, shared-table journey through the modern Mediterranean — set inside the family-owned Lou Miranda Estate winery. Guests start with a welcome drink of either a glass of house wine or a spritz, then settle in while the kitchen sends out a tasting-style succession of dishes covering antipasto, handmade pasta, slow-cooked meats and seasonal sides, with composition and pacing decided by the chef on the day. It’s the easiest way to explore the breadth of Lou’s by Horizon’s menu without choosing — a long lunch with the venue’s vineyard views, sandstone interiors and Italian-inflected wine list close at hand. Available at one persuasive per-person rate; just bring an appetite and time to settle in.
