  • Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 9.15am, 10.32am, 11.55am, 2.35pm, 3.50pm & 5.05pm. From November to February, Saturday departures include additional 6.40pm departure time
  • Note: Times may be subject to change without notice. Please confirm your departure 24 hours prior to departure
• Not valid: 25 & 26 December, 26 January
• Departure Point: Circular Quay, Wharf 6
• All passengers must arrive 15–30 minutes before departure for check-in. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and the vessel will not wait
• Activate your ticket and it will remain active for the following 24 hours
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026

Important:

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers, meals, drinks, optional gratuities and entry to attractions unless specified. Animal encounters at Taronga Zoo and photos are not included
• The ferries are first come, first served
• Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Guests may access Taronga Zoo via the Lower Zoo Entrance, just a short walk from the wharf

• Stops are subject to change depending on weather conditions
• Tickets are valid for one day of access only. Taronga Zoo entry ticket must be used on the same day as your One-day official Sydney Harbour Explorer ferry pass
• Ferry departures are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Captain Cook Cruises Sydney for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellation:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: Cancellations notified less than 24 hours prior to travel incur a 100% cancellation fee
• For bookings with 10 or more guests: Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to travel incur a 100% cancellation fee
• Refunds are not available once travel has commenced

Changes to Booking:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: One date change is permitted up to 24 hours prior to travel with any difference in the fare payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a per person non-refundable fee from A$20
• For booking with 10 or more guests: One date change is permitted up to 7 days prior to travel, with any difference in the fare payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a per person non-refundable fee from A$20
