Availability:

• Available by appointment. Morning tour: 7.30am–11.30am. Afternoon tour: 12.30pm–4.30pm (approximately)
• Bookings valid between April 2024 to September 2024. Operation is seasonal (dates pending seasonal rainfall amounts and wetlands water levels)
• Depart from: Darwin Airport, 15–22 Lancaster Drive Eaton 0820
• Please ensure you arrive at your departure destination at least 30 minutes before the flight
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024

• Exclusions: Lunch, food and drink. BYO snacks. BYO alcohol permitted
• Please note: Booking valid for one person. Minimum of two passengers required to book for tour to proceed
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience. Personal items should not exceed 10kg and be carried in a small soft sided bag for easy stowage
• Tours include all fishing equipment and a professional fishing guide/pilot. All skill levels are welcome including the complete novice or first-time angler
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome, or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to HeliFish. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage must be advised upon booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload of 130kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price - this is non-commissionable and payable to HeliFish on day of travel
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price. Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant, please contact HeliFish as aviation conditions apply
• HeliFish will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. HeliFish works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
