ESCAPE TO THE MALDIVES COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (“Luxury Escapes”) is running a competition with Wine Selectors. The Competition is promoted at the inaugural Luxury Escapes Live event via printed promotional cards featuring a QR code entry mechanic.

To participate, eligible entrants must scan the QR code displayed on the promotional card and complete the online entry form during the Competition Period. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Competition Period

The Competition opens at 9:00am AEST on 16 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 10 July 2026 (“the Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will be invalid. The winner will be drawn on 15 July 2026 at 2:00pm AEST at the Promoter’s premises.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged eighteen (18) years or older. Entry is not open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory or South Australia, employees of Luxury Escapes, Wine Selectors, their related companies, agencies, and immediate family members are ineligible. Entry is free; no purchase is required.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) return Economy Class flights from Melbourne to Malé, Maldives (subject to availability and selected travel dates); and
• One (1) Wine Selectors sparkling wine 12-pack containing two bottles each of: Bimbadgen Sparkling Cuvée NV, Thorn-Clarke Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut NV, Anvers Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay NV, Moppity Lock & Key Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir 2023, Swift Cuvée NV, and Gudilly Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay NV.

Total prize value approximately AUD $3,138 based on the lead economy fare at time of publication. Actual value may vary depending on dates selected and availability.

Draw

The winner will be selected by random draw conducted at the Promoter’s premises on 15 July 2026 at 2:00pm AEST. The random draw method will give each valid entry an equal chance of selection. The draw will be conducted by an independent person. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner’s name and state will be published on the Luxury Escapes website within twenty-eight (28) days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond to notification within twenty-eight (28) days or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner in accordance with the same draw process.

Conditions

The prize must be accepted within twenty-eight (28) days of notification.

Flights are subject to airline availability and booking conditions and must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the date of notification.

All ancillary costs including travel insurance, airport transfers, meals, accommodation, and incidentals are the winner’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize.

If the prize or any component becomes unavailable, Luxury Escapes may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Limit of one (1) entry per person.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the Competition will be used to administer the Competition and fulfil the prize, and may be disclosed to third parties for that purpose. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the Luxury Escapes Privacy Policy (luxuryescapes.com/au/privacy-policy) and the Wine Selectors Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luxury Escapes excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Competition or acceptance of the prize. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Competition is conducted in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
