7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:
- The Garden Room is located in an independent building across the street from the main resort.
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Santan Restaurant from 7am — 10.30am.
- Daily a la carte lunch or dinner is served at Sanje Restaurant & Lounge. Lunch is served from 12pm — 5pm. Dinner is served from 6pm — 10pm.
- Daily cocktail is served from a set menu at Sanje Lounge after 12pm.
- Daily cocktail hour (select packages only) takes place at Sanje Restaurant & Lounge from 5pm — 6pm.
- Massages, spa treatments, sauna and jacuzzi use, resort activities, morning yoga and bike hire must be booked 24 hours in advance.
- The 30-minute photoshoot needs to be booked 24 hours in advance and takes place in the resort area. Guests receive one complimentary photo, and all additional ones are charged.
- The 10% spa discount at Kahyangan Spa is valid for any treatment, but cannot be combined with other promotions.
- The 10% dining credit is valid for any onsite venue, excluding in-room dining.
- Daily morning yoga is held at the Garden or Purnama Pavilion and starts at 7am. This must be booked 24 hours in advance.
- Guests must inform the front office if they wish to use the shuttle service to Seminyak Square. The shuttle service is a drop-off service only and available from 12pm — 3pm.
- Lounge access includes complimentary self-service tea, coffee, water, fruit and cookies.
- The welcome drink is served upon check-in at the lobby.
- The included daily bucket of beers (select packages) includes Bintang regular, Bintang Radler or Bintang Crystal OR Heineken OR San Miguel Light (subject to availability).

- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
