Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

Security deposit: 1-3 nights: 5,000 THB 4-7 nights: 5,000 THB 8-14 nights: 10,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 10,000 THB
The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding
