Cancellations:

• Change of mind/unredeemed vouchers (booking not confirmed) are only refundable within seven days from the purchase date
• Should your pilot deem the flight be unsuitable on the day, you will be emailed a Rebooking link to reschedule.
• Flight must be completed before 30/06/2026 OR request a full refund within 14 days.
  • Weekend bookings can reschedule and fly any day of the week
  • Midweek bookings must reschedule to a midweek date, excluding public holidays
• If you are unable to reschedule, email gowild@gowildballooning.com.au within 14 days of your original cancelled flight date to request a refund
• Note: All cancellations and/or refund requests must be made in writing to Geelong Ballooning via gowild@gowildballooning.com.au at least 14 days prior to the confirmed flight date

Changes to Booking:

• No changes can be made within 7 days of a confirmed flight

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals and drinks (unless specified), and hotel transfers
• Meeting time for tours varies based on the time of sunrise and fluctuates depending on the time of year
• Transfers are included from the meeting point to the launch site and return after your flight
• Flight time is approximately 60 minutes. Please allow 3–4 hours for your ballooning experience
• Child policy: All under 18s must be accompanied by a paying parent/guardian aged 18+
• Passenger participation is encouraged but optional with the setting up and packing up of the balloon
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will share your ride with other guests

• Valid for day and package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
