Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a tour departure date will result in a full refund (minus the credit card fee charged if applicable)
Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows will result in the full fare being forfeited
Changes to Booking
48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
- Hat, sunscreen, camera, warm clothing, umbrella (if rain is forecast)
- Please bring your own water in a reusable water bottle. You will also have opportunities to purchase water on your tour
- Flat, sealed shoes are recommended
- A small day-pack bag is all that is permitted on the bus due to space constraints

Availability:
- Available: Selected days, Departs from 9am, returns from 5pm
- Pick-up and drop-off from Melbourne CBD accommodation or agreed pick-up point. Please advise tour guides where you will be staying in Melbourne. If your pick-up point is impractical, you will be provided a meeting location very close to your accommodation
- Please ensure you bring your confirmation for proof of purchase. Please arrive at your pickup location 10 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals and no shows void offer
Important:
- A small day-pack bag is all that is permitted on the bus due to space constraints
- Please allow up to eight hours for this tour
- Lunch is valid for dine-in only
- If you are staying outside Melbourne CBD, tour guides can pick you up and drop you off at an advised public transport point that will run direct to your home location. All tours return in time before public transport stops
