Things to know
- Your confirmation of the trip will depend on the sea conditions and weather
- Sunreef Mooloolaba will monitor this closely and if the weather or sea conditions are unsuitable, Sunreef Mooloolaba will let you know as soon as they can
- An email and text message will be sent the day before your trip around 3.30pm to inform you of the status of the trip and its departure time

- Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
- Any cancellation due to weather will result in rescheduling where possible and if not a full refund
Changes to Booking
- 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
- To rebook, a fee equal to the charter fee is payable per person
- Dress appropriately for the weather, and bring layers
- You can bring a warm jumper or jacket for the wind chill on the water, and something lighter if you are in the sun
- Please remember to be sun safe
- Polarised sunglasses will help a lot when spotting whales and looking at the ocean
- Please ensure you have your personal medications with you e.g. asthmatics, heart disease, anaphylaxis, etc.

- Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
- During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location
- The Wharf complex has four-hour parking available, however you will need to find suitable parking for the tour you are on as some of trips will be over four hours. There are some unlimited parking spaces available outside of The Wharf Mooloolaba / SEA Life car park, however please keep in mind especially if you are on an 11.30am or later trip that parking can get very busy. Please give yourself at least 15–20 minutes for parking

Important:
- This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
- Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
- Meals, drinks and transfers are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Sunreef Mooloolaba
- Please allow between two and three hours for the duration of this cruise
- Unfortunately, no wheelchair or walker access due to AMSA regulations
Terms & Conditions:
- Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed. The whale-watching tours include a 100% guarantee on whale sightings, so if there are no whales at all that day you will have the chance to go again on a free return trip
- Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- This cruise is not suitable for pregnant people
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Sunreef Mooloolaba for passenger and crew safety
- Minimum numbers apply for cruise to proceed. A minimum of 30 participants are required for this trip to run. If a cruise fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
- No drones are permitted on board
- No alcohol is to be taken on or carried off the vessel
- Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
