• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply

• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• All refunds and reschedules are entirely at the discretion of Altitude Tours and will only be considered if sufficient notice is given

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Additional fees may apply

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. This is either a NZ driver’s licence or an international passport. Overseas driver’s licences will not be accepted

• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Transfers are available from the Station Building in the centre of Queenstown. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your departure time
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2026

• Please allow up to four hours for this experience
• Your adventure takes you to taste some of Queenstown’s best wineries. Please note that Altitude Tours encourages you to eat prior to your tour. Food will be provided, however, these are not full meals. Any excess amount and additional purchases are payable directly to the venue(s)
• All take-home wine and beer purchased on the day by guests will be placed in the boot of the vehicle and passed over on completion of the tour
• Altitude Tours does not have any facilities to lift guests into their vans. Please contact Altitude Tours directly to discuss your requirements and they will do their best to accommodate you
