Cancellations:

• All cancellation and change requests must be made in writing to Tourist Japan at info@touristjapan.com
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: 5% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Bookings:

• 7 days notice is required to change a booking you have made
