Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks and pick-up/drop-offs
• Please note: This tour operates in NSW where Daylight Savings Time runs from October to April annually. During this time, NSW is one hour ahead of QLD. If you are travelling from QLD during this time, please make the necessary adjustments to your schedule
• Please allow at least two hours for this experience. And please note, you will be on the water for a considerable amount of time
• By undertaking this tour, you are agreeing you are physically fit and in good health to cope with a guided kayak tour
• Guests who are more than 15 weeks pregnant should consider the safety risks prior to booking. Go Sea Kayak advises against kayaking after this stage of pregnancy
• If you are prone to sea or motion sickness, please take appropriate medication PRIOR to your tour. No refunds will be given should you become sea sick on the tour
• Tours operate in the rain – please prepare accordingly. Wetsuits are provided in winter
• Secure lock up for your belongings is provided

Terms & Conditions:

• All guests must be aged 5+ to participate in this experience
• Children aged 5 –15 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Unsafe wind and swell may force a cancellation or postponement of your tour. In this case, Go Sea Kayak Byron Bay will contact you via SMS and email to reschedule or refund you according to your preference. Please keep your mobile phone switched on on the morning of your tour
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or reschedule

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• You must send all cancellation requests in writing to info@goseakayak.com.au at least 24 hours prior to your booked tour’s commencement

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• You must send all amendment requests in writing to info@goseakayak.com.au at least 24 hours prior to your booked tour’s commencement
