Important:
- Minimum two adults required to book
- There is moderate walking on all tours. Participants must make sure to have water, good walking shoes and weather-appropriate protection
- Tours are all wheelchair-accessible
- Children under 5 are free on all tours but will not receive any gifts or samples
- Tour proceeds in all weather conditions. In the event of a forecast exceeding 44 degrees Celcius 12–24 hours prior to a tour date, it will be cancelled and a notification will be sent out. Participants will be contacted for the option of a refund or rescheduling

- Not suitable for gluten free/vegans. One pork product and one beef product is included in experience
- Vegetarians can be catered for with a substitute item replacing the fritz sample and vegetarian options at the lunch location. Please note this requirement and your lunch option of choice at time of booking
- Bookings are essential and close 24 hours prior to the event
- Any tour may be cancelled if only one person is booked to attend, where a full refund will be given
- This tour is recommended for children aged 10+. For child bookings, iced coffee will be substituted for flavoured milk or juice unless requested otherwise
