Terms and Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Good Times Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–16. Children aged 1–2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. No infants under 1 permitted and no baby cradles may be taken onboard
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Family tickets (two adults + two children) are valid for Friday OR Sunday departures only. Not valid for Saturday departures
• No open prams on board. They will be stowed away on the pontoon with security
• No wheelchair access is available
• Cruises will not be cancelled in the event of bad weather; all cruises go ahead. Indoor shelter will be available for all guests in the event of bad weather
• Cruises are subject to minimum numbers to proceed. Vessel may be subject to change if minimum numbers are not met
• Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher
