- Bookings essential at least seven days in advance
- After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is not your ticket, as your desired date may not be available
- Luxury Escapes will email your official ticket (if available) to your email address within five business days of purchase. This official ticket will be required to redeem your experience

- Meeting Point: WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo – 1–5 Wheat Rd, Sydney NSW 2000. Look out for the ‘Koala Breakfast Meeting Point’ sign at the entrance to the zoo, opposite SEA LIFE Aquarium
- Please arrive at the meeting point no later than 7.15am for check-in. Breakfast begins at 7.30am. Latecomers will not be permitted entry

Terms & Conditions:
- Guests will only be allowed to enter the attraction once per day. Booking multiple sessions on the same day will not be permitted
- Child rate applies for children aged 2–15. Children aged under 2 are considered to be infants and are free of charge
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+
- Maximum 40 guests allowed at koala breakfast experience
Cancellations:
