• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• This activity has no age limit
• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Additional information

• It is recommended to allow 2 hours to explore all five floors of the museum

• Snacks, drinks, and fresh pastries are available at the gift shop and cafe on-site

• The gift shop and cafe onsite coincide with the venue’s regular hours of operation

• Visitors are allowed to being bottled water. All other food and beverages must be consumed on level 1

• The use of tripods and selfie-sticks is prohibited

• Smoking or vaping is prohibited

• Touching artifacts or display cases is prohibited unless clearly designated as interactive

• The venue maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

• Disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the premises by security, without refund

• Wheelchair rentals: Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the visitor experience desk

• Accessible entrance: The north entrance off of 4 Street SE next to the NMC Gift Shop is fully accessible

• All exhibition stages, performance areas, entrances, and hallways are fully physically accessible and barrier-free, with two large elevators making it easy to move throughout the building

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

• This activity is wheelchair-accessible

How to get there

• By train: Take the 201 or 202 line to City Hall station, and walk for 6 minutes

• By car: Take the 9 Ave. SW route and turn left onto 4th Street SE.

• Parking is located along 8 Avenue SE. with two paid public lots on the north and south sides of the street

• By bike: Bike racks are available along the sidewalk next to the building, as it is located directly on Calgary’s bike path system

• On foot: Walk for less than 10 minutes from the Calgary Tower, Calgary Stampede, and the Calgary City Hall
