• St Hugo reserves the right to refuse to serve a tasting experience, even with prior booking, if it is believed that member/s of the booking party may be under the influence of alcohol
• If your group is more than 15 minutes late, your booked space and/or experience may be reassigned to other customers and the right is reserved to recover the lost revenue from you
