• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day: 10am–3pm (last booking) or 10am–2.30pm (winter season). Extended hours available from December – January. See full booking calendar here
• Not valid: Christmas Day
• Please note, bookings fill up quickly in summer months – book early to avoid disappointment
• Pick-Up Point: Pick up available from Nelson CBD (*minimum four people required). Please call Cable Bay Adventure Park directly to arrange this service
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Those making their own way to Cable Bay Adventure Park must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure
• Drop-Off Point: Participants will have to make their own way home after the experience

Important:

• Child rate applies for children aged 0–15. Children under 14 years of age must be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times.
• Maximum passenger capacity for Skywire is four guests. A combined weight limit of 400kg applies.
• Large groups may be split into pairs rather than fours
• Food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Please allow up to 100 minutes for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum height of 120cm tall applies for all passengers
• A signed waiver of liability is required for all guests undertaking this activity. A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for persons under 18
• The Skywire is weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Cable Bay Adventure Park
