Important:

  • Food and drinks are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the venue
  • Ticket holders will be unable to enter exhibits with large bags, umbrellas or bulky items. There is a cloakroom available with limited space, please limit the personal items you bring

Terms & Conditions:

  • Infants (0–4) are free of charge, however please note at the time of booking
  • Tour guides or tour leaders are free of charge when accompanied by their tour group, however, please note at the time of booking. There is no minimum size for the tour group
  • Infants and children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
  • Itinerary and displays are subject to change without notice depending on availability. Pease check What’s On section on the day of your visit
  • Children must be taller than 90cm to go onboard the vessels. On hot days to ensure visitor safety, all vessels will be closed when the temperature reaches 36° Celsius
  • Accepted concession cards - Australian full-time student card, ISIC - International Student Card, Australian or New Zealand Senior and Australian Pensioner
