Terms & Conditions:

• Accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible shower/changing rooms and wheelchair lift into bathing pools are available. Physical or medical conditions (e.g., hearing, walking, sight, skin sensitivity, pregnancy, heart) must be provided at time of booking or no less than 5 days prior to arrival
• Minimum age required for treatment is 16 years. Children under 16 are not permitted
• All treatments must be taken during one visit and cannot be split. Set spa treatment inclusions apply
• Non-combinable with any other offers, special membership discounts or promotions
• Treatment contents may vary, subject to availability
• Bathing is not suitable for pregnant people

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Failure to contact the team at least 30 minutes prior to the confirmed check-in time will result in cancellation with no refund

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Changes to dates and times with no additional cost are subject to availability
