  • Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

  • Infants aged 2–4 may ride free with an accompanying parent or caregiver and must sit on their knees if seating is not available. When sitting on a guardian’s lap, their arms must be wrapped around the child, holding on to the handrail to help secure the child during the trip especially when the boat spins
  • Children and infants must be able to fit into one of the KJet life jackets to ride KJet
  • Backpacks and handbags can be stored on the boat, however, please leave valuables at home
  • This experience is not suitable for pregnant women
  • The KJet is wheelchair accessible as long as a caregiver can help carry you down a set of stairs and assist you with getting in and out of the Jet boat
  • Jet boat rides are subject to availability depending to weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of KJet

  • KJet can store backpacks or handbags while on the jet boat ride, but does request that you please leave your valuables at home
  • KJet reserves the right to cancel or postpone trips at its sole discretion and will refund the ticket purchase price if a trip is cancelled or postponed by us
  • KJet reserves the right to cancel or postpone sessions at its sole discretion and will re-book or refund the ticket purchase price if a session is cancelled or postponed by us
