Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Monday – Sunday

Availability:

• Available hours: Monday – Sunday: Departs at 2.20pm
• Guests need to check-in at the Ziptrek Treehouse (at the top of the Gondola) at least 15 minutes prior to tour departure (turn left out of the Skyline Top Terminal and walk 100-metres)
• Bookings not available 1 April – 30 June 2023 due to construction
• Valid until 30 September 2023

Important:

• Customers should reconfirm tour at least 24 hours prior to tour date by calling 0800 947 873 or visit the booking office at 45 Camp Street, Queenstown
• Guests are required to wear closed-toe footwear and encouraged to bring another layer of clothing year-round due to alpine location
• Skyline Gondola ticket is not included in this offer, guests are recommended a minimum of 40 minutes to access the upper Skyline complex from the base terminal, or at least 60 minutes during peak time
• Tours operate in almost all weather conditions. Ziptrek reserves the right to cancel tours due to events beyond its control. In these events, full refunds will be made, or alternate dates offered
• Bags, purses and backpacks are not allowed on the tour for safety reasons. Moa and Kereru tours offer on-course storage areas

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum age of 6 years required to participate in any Ziptrek Ecotour
• Maximum weight limit for all tours is 125kg (275lbs). Minimum weight requirement of 20kg (44lbs)
• Tandem ziplining for guests under 30kg offered on Moa Tour only. This must be pre-booked
• All guests under the age of 15 years must be accompanied on tour by a full-paying adult (ages 15+)
• Guests between 15-17 years of age may participate without a parent however, a parent/guardian must complete a Release of Liability form in advance (available on request from salesnz@ziptrek.com, or at the booking office 45 Camp Street, Queenstown)

• Minimum two, maximum eight guests per tour. Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
