• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 14 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to departure date are fully refunded
• Cancellations within 14 days prior to departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Many stops along the bus route require bookings for tours, tastings and dining in advance. Pre-book at your preferred venues prior to departure date to avoid disappointment
• Bring water with you to stay hydrated

• Please be at your pick-up stop five (5) minutes prior to the departure time. Hop-on Hop-off Wine Tours does not take any responsibility for lateness Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Please note: On Sunday – Friday, the bus only has one return to town at 4.55pm. If you need to go back earlier, the bus does go back to Arrowtown twice in the afternoon and you can catch the Orbus (public bus) from there at your own expense
• Anyone under the age of 18 is welcome, however, to consume alcohol guests must be over the legal drinking age

Important:

• Please ensure you book lunch to avoid disappointment on the day. It is recommended to pre-book some tastings if touring during the week and weekends. Due to staffing restrictions at wineries and increased demand, if you are travelling on Saturday or Sunday, it is recommended you book all your stops
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability
• Food, drinks and tastings are not included. This is a self-guided tour – all tastings are the guest’s responsibility and at the guest’s expense. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the venues
• Wristband and a map of the route will be provided on the day with your allocated timetable
• Opening times vary per winery and brewery, please check each venue for times
• The hop-on hop-off route runs for approximately six hours total. The buses run in a single direction and does not return you to a stop you have passed
• Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in this tour
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Alcohol cannot be consumed whilst on the bus. The removal of the offending passenger in the event of consuming alcohol, intoxication or disrespectful behaviour may occur. A cleaning fine will be charged for any event that required cleaning such as spillage or soiling the bus, payable directly to Hop-On Hop-Off Wine Tours

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and carry valid government-issued photo ID to present upon request
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Hop-On Hop-Off Wine Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour
