• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to booked start time receive a full refund

• Cancellations received within 48 hours of booked start time are not eligible for refund

• All refunds and reschedules are entirely at the discretion of Altitude Tours and will only be considered if sufficient notice is given

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Additional fees may apply

• Pick-Up/Departure Points: Return transfers from selected Queenstown hotels and main bus stop routes in Queenstown town centre

Important:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Meals and additional drinks are not included.
• It is recommended to eat lunch prior to your tour.
• Guests will be provided with a shared platter and grazing food at some of the venues. Any excess amount is payable directly to the venue
• All gin purchased on the day by guests will be placed in the boot of the vehicle and passed over on completion of the tour
• Altitude Tours does not have any facilities to lift guests into their vans. Please contact Altitude Tours directly to discuss your requirements and they will do their best to accommodate you
• Tonic and soda will be available for mixing at all venues so guests may alter the strength of their gin tastings according to their preference
