• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Please inform at the time of booking all accurate passenger weights, passengers will be weighted on the day of travel
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Barossa Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Transfers to and from the departure point are not included

Terms & Conditions:

• Children under 100cm tall are not able to fly. Each person is required to have their own individual seat regardless of age. A child must be able to sit independently on their own seat. Barossa Helicopters do not allow children to sit on laps.
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Maximum individual weight is 130kg, and the combined maximum passenger weight is 270kg per flight
• Barossa Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Barossa Helicopters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations.
