• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations

• System booking fees are not refundable

• If you notify more than 24 hours prior to your booking that you are unable to attend, no cancellation fees apply

• Less than 24 hours’ notice given for cancellation, late arrivals and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the experience price

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Every day

Availability:

• Available every day: 11am, 12pm and 1pm booking times
• Not valid: Blackout dates and special event dates (such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and so on)
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026

Important:

• Printhie Wines does not accept bookings over eight people even over split bookings. Please contact hello@printhiewines.com.au if you have a special request
• Please ensure you provide the name, phone and email contact for each participant (including tour operators). It must be the participant’s own phone and email
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience
• To ensure the team can provide a great tasting experience, please ensure you select the same experience for your group
• Wine tasting is only available to adults 18+. You must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Due to current capacity limits within the cellar door, all children and non-tasters need to be included in your group head count (which cannot exceed eight)
• Please note there is a lake onsite and children need to be supervised at all times
• Please advise any dietary requirements at time of booking

Terms & Conditions:

• Wine tasting fees are non-redeemable
• Printhie Wines require minimum 24 hours’ notice of booking cancellation to receive a refund. Refunds will not be provided due to traffic delays leaving Sydney. System booking fees are not refundable
• If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, your tasting may be forfeited, so please plan your day and allow travel times between appointments
• In the case of inclement weather, your picnic may be cancelled refunded, packaged as a takeaway or rescheduled. There is an undercover picnic pavilion by the lake as well
