• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a tour departure will result in a full refund of the tour fare, less credit card fee charged if applicable

• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure, failure to take up a booked tour, late arrivals and no-shows will result in the full fare being forfeited

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please bring your own water. You will also have opportunities to purchase water on your tour (own expense)
• Weather can change very rapidly so please check forecast prior to coming on tour

• Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Pick-up available from most Melbourne CBD accommodation. Please advise of location at time of booking

Important:

• Seasonal pick-up times apply, refer to pick-up time when selecting date during the booking process
• If you are staying outside Melbourne CBD, tour guides can pick you up and drop you off at an advised public transport point that will run direct to your home location.
• All tours return in time before public transport stops
• Lunch and dinner are not included in tour, but there will be an opportunity to purchase meals at own expense
• A small day pack bag is all that is permitted on the bus due to space constraints
