• Cancellations made more than 5 days before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 5 days of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and voucher is forfeited

Changes to bookings

5 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. An amendment fee of A$25 per person applies, payable directly to Ganesha Wellness Spa on Kensington
