• Menu is seasonal and subject to change. Images and sample menu have been provided as an example only
• Hotel transfers are not included
• Unfortunately, the vessel is not wheelchair accessible
• Bathroom and saloon area is accessible via a three-step ladder only
• Children under 14 must be supervised at all times by a parent or adult guardian
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience
• No BYO drinks. The vessel has a fully licensed bar with a range of local craft beer, local spirits and cocktails (18+ only, own expense)

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Saltwater Eco Tours for passenger and crew safety. If the weather forecast is heavy rain/winds, the cruise operator will communicate with passengers directly within 24 hours of each tour regarding the decision to postpone, if applicable. If this occurs, your ticket can be used on a future Saltwater Eco Tours cruise, or a voucher of the same value can be provided, valid for up to three years from issue date
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Cruises stay within the canals of Mooloolaba, along Mooloolah River

Cancellations:

• All cancellation requests will incur a 20% non-refundable fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and no refundable applicable

Changes to Bookings:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Rescheduling fees may apply, payable directly to Saltwater Eco Tours
