- After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available
- Please note: Evan Evans Tour will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly, and provide you with official tickets for your experience.
- Important: Your official Evans Evans tickets are required on the day to gain entry to your tour. If you have not received your tickets and confirmation by email within 1-3 business days, please check your junk and spam folder.
- Train tickets, sightseeing bus tour vouchers and tour information will be sent to you a week prior to your scheduled departure date via email

- Big Bus sightseeing tour covers 10 stops, including the Eiffel Tower, Opera Garnier, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee d’Orsay and Champs-Elysees. Buses run every 7–15 minutes from 9.45am–7.30pm
- Please note, this is an independent (unescorted) tour. There will be no guide to meet you in London or Paris
- Seating requests cannot be guaranteed on the Eurostar
- Eurostar has some limits around the amount of alcohol you can bring on board: a maximum of four bottles or cans of beer or one bottle of wine per person

- Sightseeing bus itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
