• Your train tickets and tour information will be sent to you one week prior to your scheduled departure date via email. You will require a printed copy of your ticket on the day of your booking
• Please advise of any special dietary requirements at least 10 days prior to travel
• Children aged 3 and under may attend the tour free of charge. Please note they are not provided with a seat on the Eurostar or coach (maximum one child under four per travelling adult)
• Those who wish to visit the Basilica at Sacré-Cœur can choose to take the funicular (not included in the price of the tour) to avoid climbing the steps to the top
• Premier class train travel includes spacious coaches and tasty meals delivered right to your seat
• Alcohol limit on board is set at four bottles/cans of beer or one bottle of wine per person
• Escorted tours operate based on a minimum number of passengers; Evan Evans reserves the right to alter departures as required. In this instance we will endeavour to offer guests the same tour on the next available date or a tour of equivalent value
