• A Chef’s Tour will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking, provide you with the meeting point details and arrange a time with you directly.

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Please ensure to wear comfortable walking shoes, dress appropriately for the weather and bring an umbrella

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 5.30pm; returns 9.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Blackout dates apply including 24–31 December 2024 and 25–31 January 2025
• End point: The tour concludes a short distance from the Petronas Twin Towers. It’s within easy reach of many of Kuala Lumpur’s hotels. Your guide can help you find other transport if you wish
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least five minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Exclusions: Transfers, additional food and drinks and optional gratuities are not included
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

• Please note, this is a walking tour where the pace is moderate, the terrain flat and there are plenty of rest (eating) stops along the way
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Maximum eight guests per tour
• Minimum numbers apply for this tour. Should the minimum numbers not be met your tour may be rescheduled or a full refund offered
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• A Chef’s Tour cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour
