• Infant seats can be pre-booked directly through ICS Travel Group at time of booking for a surcharge of THB 210 per seat each way. Alternatively, guests can bring their own
• Driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your transfer booking and no refunds will be provided
• It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you

• To finalise your transfers please ensure the reservation request form is completed inclusive of flight information, your transfer cannot be confirmed without this information, this form is emailed to you following your purchase, please keep an eye out for this email from luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com
